Jakob Metz is an attorney in the firm’s civil litigation practice. Mr. Metz maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes. Mr. Metz also counsels owners and managers of residential and commercial real estate regarding matters affecting their businesses and routinely represents their interests in court.

Mr. Metz attended the University of Baltimore School of Law and earned his J.D., Magna Cum Laude, in January of 2019. While attending the University of Baltimore, Mr. Metz was a staff and associate editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review, a student attorney in the Juvenile Justice Project Clinic, and vice president of the Real Estate Law Association. Mr. Metz was also inducted into the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society.

Outside of the office, Mr. Metz enjoys playing squash, running, and spending time with his family and friends.
