Professional Experience
Mr. Black worked in the Maryland Office of the Secretary of State as a legislative liaison for four years prior to attending law school. As a legislative liaison, Mr. Black drafted and testified on legislation concerning the responsibilities of the office. Mr. Black was also responsible for the review and registration of all condominium filings with Secretary of State’s Office. Since joining Thomas and Libowitz, P.A., Mr. Black has worked on a wide variety of business matters including several multi-million dollar acquisitions.
